Prerequisite(s): BIOB 160 or Biology Department’s consent. Corequisite(s): BIOB 170 . A laboratory study of the major categories of living organisms including study of their structure, adaptations, evolution, and ecology. (Spring Semester)
Course Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of the course, students will be able to - Identify the major categories of living organisms.
- Describe the structure and adaptations of representative organisms.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the origin and classification of major organism categories.
- Apply scientific concepts and methods of inquiry.
