Prerequisite(s): BIOB 110 . This course is a study of modern agronomic field crop production practices as they relate to crop growth, yield, and quality. Topics covered include environmental effects of crop development, plant breeding, nutrient and water management, cultural practices, pest management, harvest and postharvest handling, and current issues in crop management.
