CULA 111 - Catering: Spring Credit(s): 1
Corequisite(s): CULA 105 , CULA 110 . This course provides practical work experience in catering for both on and off-premise, college-sanctioned events during the spring semester. Students are provided with an opportunity to showcase their knowledge and skills in culinary, baking, pastry, and management. This course can be repeated for a total of two credits. Students receiving financial aid or veterans benefits should check with the Financial Aid Office before repeating this course. (Spring Semester)
