CULA 111 - Catering: Fall Credit(s): 1
Prerequisite(s): CULA 105 and CULA 110 . Corequisite(s): CULA 105 and CULA 110 . This course provides practical work experience in catering for both on and off-premise, college-sanctioned events during the fall semester. Students are provided with an opportunity to showcase their knowledge and skills in culinary, baking, pastry, and management. This course may be repeated for a total of two credits. Student’s receiving financial aid or veterans’ benefits should check with the Financial Aid Office before repeating this course. (Fall Semester)
