The course examines the purpose and applications of mythology in both historical and contemporary culture and how myths can transform through different periods, across cultures.  Students will explore the mythologies of across the globe including the ancient Greeks, Norse, Egyptians, Chinese, and indigenous Americans.  (Fall Semester)
